1. Free registration for tutors and students.
2. Charges shall apply after settlement of the tutors and students agreement upon the classes.
3. Teachers (tutors) are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring such as taking money for admission in any collage/ school/ institutions or any fraud proposal.
4. In case of any fraud by teachers (tutors) with any client or with ojagi.com Pvt.Ltd. then we are free to take legal action against him/ her.
5. Tutors are requested to please update us immediately about their present address and phone/ mobile number if changed and are requested to provide your ID proof to clients if demanded by them.
6. Tutors are requested to be punctual and behave/ talk/ dress up as a gentleman/ lady while visiting to any client for trial or regular class.
7. Candidates have to submit photocopy of the following documents to our office in person (please bring originals also for verification) and for candidates outside Manipur please upload scan copy of your documents in your ojagi.com account :
8. a). Two coloured passport size
   b). Photo Identification / Address proof (Voter ID / Passport /Aadhar Card) Please bring Original with Photocopy
9. Last obtained educational qualification.
10. By filling : “Tutor Registrartion Form” you agree to follow all our terms and conditions and your acceptance could be used in ANY COURT UNDER MANIPUR JURISDICTION.

Students term and condition 

Terms & Conditions For Students / Clients effective from 01/08/2019

1. We neither charge any registration fee nor any service charges from our clients or students . It’s Free for Students / Clients / Parents but in case if you finalise our tutor then its your obligation to forward our commission.
2. If any teacher calls you for a trial with our reference, you are requested to check the credentials of that tutor from us.
3. If parents want to check ID proof, address proof or educational qualification then feel free to demand this from our tutors and must confirm with us.
4. As per rule of arrangement with our tutors first month’s fee will be collected by us (Ojagi.com). Parents are advised to pay first month fee in advance to Ojagi.com by using internet banking / cash deposition our account / PAYTM or our executive will visit to you on your demand. If you do not follow our instructions then we will not be responsible for any inconvenience.
5. Please do not settle with teachers directly because that type of teacher would never be loyal to you and all these things gives a negative impact on you and on your child too. According to a survey in 95% of fraud or cheating cases teachers were settled directly and clients have to suffer , we don’t take any responsibility in that cases. ( Good Teachers are Costly but Bad Teachers Costs More).
6. Parents / Clients can pay us using internet Banking , PAYTM, Cash deposit in our account or our executive will visit to you on your demand.
7. After taking trial if you call our tutor after some gap of few days/ week/ month then it is your duty to inform us and do according to our instruction otherwise we will not be responsible for any
8. Parents / Clients are requested not to ask about any admission in any collage or institution against money. We are providing tutors for teaching home tuition only and do not cover risk of your money for such type proposals to our tutor.   
9. By filling “Student Registration Form” you are agree to follow our terms and conditions and your acceptance could be used in ANY COURT UNDER MANIP UR JURISDICTION.
